Settings, Appearance, Menu Customisation, Web Page, Page, and add the command from the list of Application Commands. It will work, provided the Translate Page icon is currently available in the Address Field.

The translate icon in the address bar can be disabled.
Maybe add a screen shot.

@mib2berlin This extension has settings of translator, texts are sent to a selected translator, I think.

@lipviva Opera has an option to use Google Translate, in case the main translator fails.
I'm using the samsung web browser on Android and I'm very happy with its translator. Yes, I have found some other errors in the translation, but it does not compare to all the problems that the Vivaldi translator has.
