Oh thanks 🙂
@sgunhouse The option opens the download button popup when the panel is disabled and the button is visible. It isn’t the root of all evil. Users got choices there, it’s not all black and white.
@Pesala said in Customizable tab menu (right click menu):
@VeniVidiIloadedVivaldi It is already available.
Settings, Appearance, Menu Customisation, Tabs, Tab.
….. ohhh you can select it in the drop down. I wouldn’t have found it. Thank you
@Qarboz said in Plaintext only mode:
Is it possible to reply in plain text mode to an email arrived in HTML? How?
If you have Mail rendering set to "text only" at the URL vivaldi://settings/mail, the HTML message will be displayed as plain text and replying will be in plain text.
I guess this is what [Search] Removing of the current default shouldn’t be offered (VB-89869) fixed in today's snapshot is about. However, I would prefer if Vivaldi told me that I need to change that instead of just not offering the option at all:-).
This feature has now been implemented in Vivaldi Mail 1.0.
To reorder and hide/show sections in the Mail Panel, go to Settings > Mail > Mail Settings > Mail Panel Order and Visibility.
@mimiko you can also add the download button to the navigation toolbar: right-click next to the address bar, choose customize toobar, and then drag&drop the download button where you like.
@notorious Yes. Even after restarting Vivaldi, the size and position of the PiP window is remembered. The current PiP window is closed after restarting Vivaldi, but I do not think that matters.
@JayHerz It still works fine here.
If it is not working for you, please start a new thread in the Support & Troubleshooting Forum for your OS, giving your OS and Vivaldi version.
In Windows Settings, ensure that Underlining of Access Keys is enabled.

@pafflick It does affect accordian, but it doesn't fully use the compact display style. It actually kind of works, but it isn't visible. It seeems half-baked, and it probably is not supposed to affect Accordian style stacks.
Just wanted to let you guys know you can now add your own image search engine. I haven't been able to find it in any changelogs yet, but I think it was added in the 5.3 release. Just head over to vivaldi://settings/search/ and enter the information for your preferred (image) search engine.
