And now this feature is also available in the stable version of Vivaldi. Take a look at Vivaldi 4.1 release blog here: https://vivaldi.com/blog/vivaldi-introduces-accordion-tabs-and-command-chains/ and update your browser. 🙂
@ayespy said in Address Bar Search: Remove "Search Google":
@7twenty So I just set up an instance to search from the address bar with no drop down at all. How would you modify that to suit you?
I'm unsure where this is getting lost in translation?
The request is to remove ONLY that element from the drop down, leaving all the other options showing.
This post further elaborates what the first post showed and what is being requested.
Full page translation is already available in 4.0 Stable build, so I think this FQ could be tagged as DONE.
There will always be more languages to add, so there is not much point tagging it as In Progress.
Sadly this is not fixed at all. I was using Wikipedia this morning and the pop-down search history has returned. They look like old items from maybe six months or a year ago that I searched, so I assume I changed my search history setting that long ago but it only stopped recording new history after that but is still showing history prior to changing the setting? This is just a guess. It's very frustrating.
Is there a local file I can delete?

@holly , no add as Web Panel, by default the Calendar open in the WebPanel clickin in it's Icon. Only with the Right click in the Icon you have the Option to Open it in a New Tab for the full page view.
@grablfratz Ctrl+D will automatically save a bookmark to the last-used folder. If you click the Bookmark Page icon in the Address Field you can select a new folder, which will then become the default folder for adding new bookmarks.
