@HanlonsRazor Alt+F still works fine to show the menus. (Language dependent access key).

You can also modify the Home button to add the menu to that, and move the Home Button anywhere you want, e.g. on the Navigation Toolbar.

Hiding the Header also hides it on the Preferences dialog, which is not ideal.

Not only notes, but allso for other... ,sesioon tab saved, calendar, task etc .( all vivaldi data ). so anybody can save,update and load their file from different machine.. easily

Thank you for the directions. Now I have the Reload frame command in the context menu, indeed, and it updates the page.
But something unexpected happened: now, all commands (including the reload button, or F5, or Ctrl+R) update the framed page! I thought you people might want to know.
I experimented back and forth with a web site that I administer, but I am now leaving it as intended. You can look it up in http://euromould.org

That is the expected behaviour. If you have a long list of bookmarks, the latest one added does not disappear off the bottom of the screen (or Panel) - it stays at the top, where you can see and edit it if necessary.
This is only true if the sort order is set to Manually - If you sort them by Date Created then the newest bookmark will be added at the bottom of the list, as expected.

Vote for Add Bookmarks to Top or Bottom of Folder.

I am sorry, you have to search yourself, no time for this.
Install an old version of Vivaldi as standalone install and copy the icons, the path on Windows is:

Application/6.0.2979.25/resources/vivaldi/resources/

Don´t install older version over the new one.

@Pesala no it's as @Rymdkejsaren says, when you click the icon, instead of switching the workspace, the icon picker dialog pops up. I also think that's unexpected. To rename a workspace, I need to right-click the name.

Then again, I don't think it's broken - it's just how it works.
