Hi, extensions do the same as Vivaldi often not work, tab management, bookmarks, start page and so forth.
Vivaldi create crash log files, if you can find one related to the extension crash you can report it to the bug tracker.
Open help pages with F1 and search for crash and bug report.
This is the path on Windows for the crash log files:
"%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Vivaldi\User Data\Crashpad\reports
On Linux:
.config/vivaldi/Crash Reports/completed

@mouseshands Crash of wallet extension and Rabby is still a known bug with Vivaldi. No solution for a workaround. In meantime use a different browser for the wallet.

Hi we have some reports about extensions crash tabs.
As workaround a developer mentioned a command switch: --disable-extensions-http-throttling
Can you try to start Vivaldi from CMD with this switch?

I use the WebEraser script installed direct as extension, somewhat outdated (last update 2018) but still works fine to delete elements from webpages.
If you want an extension, you can use this one from the Chrome Store, which do the same (not blacklisted, seems Mv3)

@Cameroonie Hi, looks like that extension tries to force itself to be the Start Page and overrides the default search engines. Doing this does not work well in Vivaldi. You should report this to the extension developers to they can fix it.

In the meantime, you can just add the search engine manually in Settings > Search:
