AFAIK, Top Sites themselves are not synced, but your browsing history is and that can affect which websites populate the Top Sites list.

You could consider disabling History sync if your browsing habits don't overlap on mobile and desktop.

Vivaldi is not available in Android Auto. It's available in a selection of cars that have an Android Automotive OS built in.

Hi, same for me. QR code scan works with every standard camera app but not with the built in scanner in Vivaldi. Camera access is allowed.

I in fact have this problem for months now. I just didn't start to search for that problem and used the camera app as workaround, but thats not as nice as using the built in feature.

The functionality definitely worked long time ago.

For me, the problem is generated by the Automate application, but not by Bitwarden.

I like Vivaldi a lot, and I want to stay with it.

@Locnar Thanks for the suggestion, this view does work better so I will keep this. Still I hope that Vivaldi will give us an option similar to Opera's way of working. Until this I have to keep Opera my go-to mobile browser

On my 9th gen. iPad it is quite quick. A minute or so (possibly less).
To my 2018 Kindle Fire it will take an easy 5 minutes.

May be device / OS / age dependent.

@yngve Thanks, you brought me to the correct way.
I had *.home.arpa in my certificates and that's with newer chromium versions not allowed anymore. Changed my DNS name in the certificate to servername.home.arpa and the problem was gone.
My desktop version had the same problem but there I always used the server names without domain part (short name was also part of the certificates) - so the issue didn't come up...

Just installed a fresh Linux Mint Cinnamon on desktop. I also installed Vivaldi but I am unable to open links from external apps (VS Code, Discord, and Thunderbird all just throw me to the "vivaldi:welcome" tab). Mobile app seems to be working, though.

Edit: Just tested this on my freshly-installed Vivaldi for Windows 11, and it is also broken there (tested Discord and the Outlook app).

Hello. When browsing some sites, my browser does not translate some pages, even though it says that the page is translated into Czech. On sites like Wikipedia, the text is rough after translation. Could you please take a look at it. Vivaldi is a good browser, but this really bothers me. Thank you.
