I've just tried again on two devices running Android 14, with the same results: When I click on "Delete" in Vivaldi's download manager immediately, the file is deleted (not just removed from the list of downloads). When I move the file and then click on "Delete" in Vivaldi, the file is deleted too. When I rename the file, move it and then click on "Delete", the file is deleted too. When I copy the file and then click on "Delete", the original file in the Downloads folder is deleted and the copy isn't. In the desktop version if Vivaldi, we have the option to clear the list (with the sweep icon). It would be really helpful to have such an option in the mobile version too.

@Zalex108 These are my settings: Download location: SD Card /storage/2D43-44FD/Download Ask where to save files: Off Automatically open PDFs: Off External download manager: Off I'm still asked to choose which app to use for opening the PDF after each download is completed. Definitely not something I want to do when downloading a hundred files.

@atomicloli aunque se puede obtener todo lo descargado de Vivaldi en la carpeta de android/data/vivaldi/data creo que es, el navegador deberia dejarnos seleccionar la carpeta que nosotro los usuarios queramos, me estoy mudando de opera a vivaldi pero al ver esto me siento incompleto, ojala resuelvan este problema pronto

@nowabhijit The user agent request already exist so you might focus this only on the internal download manager editing the first post: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/46613/user-agent-for-android About the download manager... It may need time as we don't even have it on desktop.

@Drumhe4d You can sync from vivaldi desktop to vivaldi mobile with the same credentials: https://help.vivaldi.com/android/android-tools/android-sync/ Or you meant import from other mobile browsers? That probably is not possible.

Does the download dialog show the title of the file in a different color? When you tap on that it should open the already downloaded file.

@mib2berlin As far as feature requests and voting on them (prioritizing) goes I think using a forum for this task is just plainly rediculous. There are so many good solutions out there for such a task. For the fact that this is several suggestions - I agree. …but again I don't really see how one would reliably handle feature stuff in a forum in the first place. Only possible reason that comes to mind is ease of use for the user. So they can just use a forum to their liking and Vivaldi devs use it to extract relevant info for themselves out of it. @dewey One more vote, with phones and PC performance level tablets with 512GB-1TB storage this primitive situation needs to change. Opera can do it so Vivaldi can too. To be better in the save menu Vivaldi can put favorite folders instead of only the drop down menu in Opera (please see image). Note that Opera allows to define the default save folder.
