@yakov18 said in Privacy is not dead. You have choices in browsers and search engines.:
During our brief chat i've been playing with MJ's settings; they seem to have improved a lot since i last looked many many months ago. Sadly though, afaict, all results are only GET with no option for POST... & these days i do prefer POST.
I love tab tiling. I'm hoping there's a chance that, when using vertical tiling, it would be possible have a virtual width of greater than the window and then allow for left/right scrolling.
This would allow the ability to tile more than the width of the window thus creating a situation where, for example, two tiles are fully visible while a third is partially visible with the part that's visible exposing an important column of data.
I had Scrollable Tabs since at least last year(maybe 2) through custom CSS that i had made - emulating approximately the scrolling behavior and tab layout to be like what existed in Firefox for a long time.
To scroll one would however have to drag the scrollbar beneath the tabs.
As a native feature it looks and behaves better - without CSS imposed limitations.
@wicketr: Same happens to me as well. Using Ubuntu 21.10 and this issue started a few weeks ago (probably sometime in 2022, not sure).
It does happen only for one of two profiles I'm using in Vivaldi while the other one seems bug free. When I open Guest window it sometimes happen as well.
Can we get Icon/Folder support in feeds? (Like Feedly/Livre/other RSS Readers)
+Organization Function/Drag ability to move/organize feeds.
This will make it perfect and perhaps, a PWA App when it comes out of Beta.
TechCrunch: (January 27th 2015):
“The former CEO of Opera, Jon von Tetzchner, has released the Vivaldi Browser for fans of the old Opera. This initial release is a Technical Preview, i.e. it is neither feature complete, nor free from bugs that might spoil your day. It uses the Chromium rendering engine like the new Opera 38. It already has Panels, Tab-stacking, Notes, Speed Dial, and Customisable shortcuts and Tabs. Built-in email is planned, but mail is limited to web mail at the moment.”
