Nope, because you are more likely to be interacting with the most recent tabs, therefore it makes sense the way it is. People usually have more than one or two tabs open.

and note that it's about the default browser, if user happens to pin PWA in Vivaldi but has a different default browser the link should be opened there

and that obviously applies to desktop too

Hi and no, we just not know.
Please, always add your Vivaldi, Android version and your device.
It looks completely different on my smartphone, specs in my signature.

@danqdinh I definitely think so. The dashboard is brilliant, but it not being present in the mobile version greatly decreased it's value for me; all my dashboard "tasks" no longer being available.
