[Android] Auto hide status bar on scroll

I know that the option to hide the status bar entirely exists. But that makes the tabs look awful if the camera cutout is blocking an entire tab. Instead, when scrolling down a page, make the status bar hide as well as the other UI to give a more full-screen, immersive experience. Add this simple feature and the browser gets a 10/10 for me.
