Opel seems to support Android Auto, while Vivaldi can be found in cars with Android Automotive. The terms are very similar, but while Android Auto just mirrors your phone in the car's infotainment system, Android Automotive is a full operating system built into the car.

Vivaldi is only available on Android Automotive, which is not the same as Android Auto (available on devices like the one you're referring to).

The names are confusing to a lot of users because of their similarities. You can read more about the differences between the two in this topic: Make Vivaldi available on Android Auto.

Even an overblocking adblocker or the cookie settings can trigger the "I'm human" popup more often.

Unfortunately, Netflix won't work in the automotive version of Vivaldi, because Netlfix won't allow it. 😞

Yes, this is possible by using Chrome Custom Tabs (CCT). Vivaldi for Automotive fully supports CCT, and several apps for AAOS use this approach for login already.
