Oh I never suspected it was one of he Downloader extension, I will check that. I have tried disabling the ad blocker, made no difference. Vivaldi is a great browser, only issue I have was this annoying pop up message.
Thanks for he advice, will see if it gets rid of the message.
@Nishanthnish What is the issue? If it's simply that there's an ad showing, that's not determined by Vivaldi (or the vast majority of blocking extensions). Rather it's determined by the third-party filter lists one chooses to use.
If you were already using some extension to block ads, and it isn't showing when you use that, then simply add the same filter lists you're using there to your lists in Vivaldi's native blocker. You can also find numerous useful filter lists on this site, and you can even filter the listing of filter lists on that site to only show one that are intended to work in Vivaldi. (Yeah, that's a weird sentence, but accurate & correct.)

No sé, en mi caso lo de G sucede en ocasiones usando VPNs, mira a ver si es tu caso.
Well the extension itself is basically an icon shortcut to the chromium PiP so i think it shouldn't interfere in any case
An another extension i'm using is uBlock Origin but even if it's disabled the occurence still appear (And yes i'm restarting the browser when i'm disabling / enabling extension to refresh everything correctly)
I tried the PiP without Google's extension and i also have this result if I hover the mouse on the PiP zone like it's never loosing the hover effect
So yeah i don't know, it's kinda strange to have this bahevior with nothing enabled for that one (But removing the PiP extension fixes the fullscreen problems so it's a start) I will just need to wait some update from Google and we'll see ^-^
Thanks for the support 🙂
Well I'm not sure what changed exactly but updating Vivaldi actually worked! I can honestly say that is the first time, ever, that I've found a browser update actually fixed something, instead of breaking it (which is exactly why I turned off auto-updating!).
I guess I should feel silly? No. No I don't, as I really effing hate updates and how the break or just change things for the sake of it. Heck it was probably an update that broke Youtube in the first place... Anyway, all fixed now 🙂
Thanks for the reply and help. That's another reason I'm transitioning away from Opera; their support sucks 😉
@rdreammaker Thanks a mil for sharing these helpful insights. It's very awkward indeed. In case this issue happens again in your "Primary" browser as well as in your fresh install, please file a bug report so we can try to reproduce it and fix it. 🙂
As it turns out, while Tweetdeck has sped up considerably, Youtube is continuing to suffer issues. I have turned off all my extensions just to be sure, but on occasion Youtube will just stop, stutter, and buffer indefinitely, or the audio will play and the video will not. Again, this doesn't happen on my other browsers, and this happens no matter what extensions I have on.

@herod0t said in Colourmanagement when playing back videos:
That solved the clipping-issue. Thank you!
But why? My display settings are set to the RGB colourspace (I don't know if it is sRGB (according to the representation of the gamut in the CIE-1931 Diagram it is sRGB) or Adobe RGB, but it's nothing non-standard like the DCI-P3-Gamut or ProPhoto-RGB)
I do not know why the color space is not correctly rendered. Perhaps the Chromium core does not read the default color profile of OS correctly.
@gaelle But how about accepting that we post in apparently wrong groups, and try to read through is all carefully and consider if just posting the bug / problem he suggest that something else is wrong. That what you believe the problem to be stems from not fully understanding the problem. I have had the request moved and deleted, and bluntly, I know the problem and can fix the code - but I have to repeat the "fix" every time I receive a new version of Vivaldi. Yes - I have posted the fix. I don´t know it it fixes it all. I got my video working, but still get the "wrong codec" - and sometime I know the reason. Where to place it - how to report? Very good question. It is not really video you see.
