@zigojacko Notifications disappear after 7 days, you only get to see recent ones. So even if someone should have mentioned you, or replied to one of your topics/posts, the notifications dropdown will be empty.

@DjinnZhad Do you use a dark mode extension (e.g. Dark Reader)? If you do, please disable it temporarily (you might also have to restart the browser) and try again.
Alternatively, update your profile in a Private or Guest window, where extensions, settings and cache/cookies won't have an affect on the page.

@RedFox1 You were not being too complex, you were not following basic grammar rules that make it easier for others to understand your text completely. And I believe French has most of the same grammar rules as English - n'est-ce pas?

You can access: Vivaldi://sync-internals/ and click on Trigger GetUpdates.
But if they were not uploaded before, they will not be downloaded.

Do you have your old Profile Folder? The one before formatting?
In that case they would be recoverable.

Follow the Tip to find out the Profile Path, you can swap the Bookmarks file to the new Profile.
Sessions would work, you need to test on a New https://vivaldi.com's Profile:.

Rename it as Tests or something related, and use it as a Clean Profile, to Test anything like that and avoid data loss on your Main Profile, also when some problem arises, to check on a Clean environment, without custom configurations that can alter the original operation.
