I appreciate that the negative space is that amount specifically so it can fit the "Show more" option's fields, but given how they're, well, not displayed by default, whereas the folders are... feels a little odd to not make use of that space in what is presumably the majority of cases (otherwise "Show less" would be the default, right?)

If it's just switching between the two sizes for the folder view, that doesn't feel too taxing. One view that truncates would probably be better still, so there's no need for scrolling the entire screen - which clearly would be bad UX.

Furthermore, in Android (e.g. on a smartphone), you are not able to drag the scrollbar, because it is too small and has no option to touch and hold a "slider button".

I would like to add my vote for this as well.

For some reason, upon reinstalling Vivaldi, the sync feature did not work and I lost hundreds of bookmarks, some of them very important ones. But those bookmarks still exist on my mobile version of Vivaldi (iOS). I would like to be able to export those mobile bookmarks and import them into my desktop version of Vivaldi.

Please Vivaldi, give this feature some serious consideration. People are asking for this for a reason. There are some legitimate, and sometimes very serious, reasons as to why users would need to access their data this way.

Yeah, it's not possible to add bookmarks to a complex folder structure on Android. You can resort to saving all to the mobile bookmarks and process that later on computer and / or set a few inboxes as speed dials and have quick access to them via the speed dial tab.

The funny NOT FUNNY thing is, that searching bookmarks on Android works better than on desktop, as:

it is possible to open and navigate into folders from search results the folders show the number of bookmarks that are contained

The problem with bookmarks panel on Android is, that even though it has the PLUS button for adding a bookmark, suggesting it would be possible to navigate into a folder and add the previously active tab url there via the PLUS button, this doesn't work, as the PLUS button only adds bookmarks by typing the name and url manually! Who the hell does that these days? Somone's grandma I guess 😉

This feature is also implemented in the Kiwi browser. I am switching to Kiwi browser because of this and more features missing. I really liked the no trackers and ads blocking but they seem to have lost their way somewhere.

I'd like the ability to import settings as well, just like on PC.

I don't want my settings and bookmarks on PC to be reset just so that I can use sync.
