Import bookmarks from other mobile browsers

Many people keep some bookmarks only on the phone.
To let them seamless switch to mobile Vivaldi version they should be able to import them somehow...I am aware that it's not possible to directly access other app data in Android.
Maybe some semi-manual mode using clipboard or anything?.........

I'd like the ability to import settings as well, just like on PC.
I don't want my settings and bookmarks on PC to be reset just so that I can use sync.
