Bandwidth limiting/throttling/bottle-necking

I can't find anything related in settings and any extension that does this job.

Please I am in need of this feature ASAP. Hogging all internet flow in the house while downloading anything and my family giving me the death stare isn't a great feeling '^^

Lots of various apps like JDownloader(an indie download manager), Vuze(very old torrent client), Steam(e-store for gaming) and many others integrated this option years ago.

It already has a speed indicator, might not be as easy in the core but on the interface all that is needed for the browser to have a checkbox and another box for numerical input for the limit so the app itself and/or the machine it runs on could help managing its own traffic without the need of external action.

I'd be happy with your supports if you too need this feature like me. Love Vivaldi and I want to thank the developers and community for being around after all this time. Cheers!

@LoveFourSeasons Please vote for the existing feature request for a Download Manager. It is one of the oldest and most upvoted requests.

@Pesala I may need to switch to Opera GX in the mean time , seems to be the only browser that has the feature right now
I really hope it will be added soon because I have been using it for a long time have tons of extensions with customized settings and a workspace with my bookmarks and what not it really is sad and a hassle to move out from my dear friend
