@Zalex108 ive checked all the forum threads i could find before making the post. so i already tried the nvidia settings and flags mentioned in the thread. i also tried vivaldi in a virtual machine. All the website fonts are clear, just the vivaldi ui fonts are blurry. Also tried to switch fonts via css

Read that,
But in case you missed about the VSync.Then,
HW/A is the only other thing I remember. -
@Zalex108 did vsync and hw/a too. just noticed when i change the font to ms gothic , which doesnt support smoothing its cristal clear.

@belite
Hi, do you use Windows scaling or Vivaldi scaling, on what display resolution?
I use Vivaldi UI zoom 105% but I need also a magnifying glass to see the difference in your image.Cheers, mib

@mib2berlin 32inch 1440p display. no scaling at all, windows is in 100% and vivaldi too. cleartype is active.
its not a "big" difference in that small screenshot but the bluryness is very noticable on fullscreen with many tabs open. Especially when switching back from another browser or the explorer. -
@belite
Thanks, I will check on my workstation tomorrow.Cheers, mib

I've reported that issue long time ago. There is no way to fix it. The problem comes from the fact that Vivaldi UI is a webpage itself, so it ignores Windows' Clear Type settings. While Opera/Chrome/Firefox UIs use proper way to render fonts.
