Stack name should show up in windows list
-
Really loving Vivaldi! Has some minor performance issues, but much better than Chrome so far!
One thing I just noticed: I love stacks, makes everything tidier. However, when I go to the Window list, the stacks show up as whatever tab is currently selected.
Instead, I'd have it work this way:
Custom stack title: tab name
For example, if I have a bunch of tabs for researching a car purchase, then it might read
Car Research: Ford F150 Lightning
This way, I could quickly find a stack that I had selected.
Also, bonus feature request that I just thought of: we should be able to name a group of stacks. The way I use them, I have several stacks in a window for a particular task. If I could name that group, that would be great! And then, if I did name it, that would be the name of the overall window of stacks!
To be clear, this Window list naming feature should only be if we rename a stack/name a stack group. If we don't, then it should default to the tab name, and it should never be the case that the tab name appears more than once.

@simpleknight Tab Stacks can already be renamed, either in the Window Panel or on the Tab Bar (right-click). If you use accordion style tab stacks, they must be collapsed before than can be renamed on the tab bar.

@Pesala No, that's not what I mean. Yes, I know that the stacks can be renamed.
What I mean is, if I go to the window list, it only shows tab listed in the current stack, instead of the stack name.
But, in addition, what if I have several stacks on the same function? For me, I have more than one job, so I have a bunch of stacks for managing a building, another bunch for shooting video, etc.
Let's say it's the building, and I have stacks for "vendors" "building emails" "tenants" and "Making Notices." Now, I want to group ALL THOSE STACKS in a function called "Building Management."
This way, when I look in my windows list, I see "Building Management" and I can just jump there, instead of seeing either a window name of whatever has focus (how it currently works), or, if I get my suggestion of giving a stack name, I wouldn't get the current stack, but instead the name of the stack group if I've made one.
Having this level of hierarchy would make navigation the hundreds of tabs I typically have to have open WAY easier. Vivaldi is better than most with stacks, I'm just asking for one additional grouping level; a stack of stacks, if you will.

@simpleknight There is currently no option for Names for Windows, but you can group your tab stacks for Building Management in a single window.
Here, I have divided six pages from my website into two stacks, and moved them to a new window.
Ideally, we should be able to Show All Windows and their Tabs in the Window Panel, rather than just the tabs in the current window.
For now, one has to use Alt+Tab or the Windows Taskbar.
