Fast save image feature

Just like Centbrowser, ALT+Click can save image to a specific folder that user can config in Setting.

Alt + left click can save image directly without asking the destination.
Alt + right click can save image with asking the destination.

I have found some similar posts in forum, but still don't have a solution for it.
Any extension or keyboard shortcut won't do that.

I think existing requests cover this already:

• Shortcuts and Gestures to Save Images is the most general request
• Ctrl+Click on Images to Save Them is what Opera 12.18 uses
• Hot key and mouse gesture to save images is another general request.
