Scrolling in Windows Tablet Mode

When I set my Thinkpad laptop (i7, 1 year old) to tablet mode and try to scroll the vertical tabs with one finger (or the pen) it moves the tab my finger is on in the same direction I'm scrolling to a different position. Same if I use 2 fingers.

Is there a setting for tablem mode or has Vivaldi not figured out Windows tablet mode yet?
