Mail panel: Favorites category & ability to reorder and hide items within a category

We have an older feature request about reordering mail panel items, which was actually about the ability to filter within the unified inbox per account, and was marked done when the feature to reorder the categories in the mail panel was introduced. This post is to carve out the "reordering items" part per request from @jane-n in that thread. I also link to related feature requests I found along the way.
Request: Ability to reorder and hide items within the mail panel categories

To summarize:
- within a category, allow rearranging the different views / folders
- add a new category "favorites" that allows adding any view/filter/folder from any other category for quick access

reordering mail accounts in the all accounts section -> essentially a subset of this feature request, but from my feeling it's been requested a bit more often.
Usually on Win11 running Vivaldi Snapshot builds. Opinionated about working efficiently with email. Folders are evil | Mail workflow: receive, read, reply, mark as read, done.

Just another +1 here after all this time - Still can't use Viv for RSS because the organisation for me is essential with a high number of feeds. Can't jump from QuiteRSS until I can organise these things
(I can't seem to access the bug tracker, so I just "Thumbs Up" on this post and similar ones, is there anything more I can do?
