Hi Requesting for a pdf editor within the browser. Plus if you can integrate it with the reading list. I just want all my pdfs with highlights and all my signed pdfs in one place. Thanks!

Unlikely to happen. Vivaldi uses the plugin developed by Chrome. They do not have the resources to write their own PDF Viewer, let alone an editor too.
