Seperate proxy settings like firefox in Windows Version

Hi,

Can the developer gives us the settings for proxy in windows version that does not use use windows os proxy settings.

Currently all the chromium based browser uses windows os proxy settings; where Vivaldi is no different.

The only exception is firefox which has the ability to define the proxy settings at the browser level; which does not use windows OS proxy settings.

Can the Vivaldi developer look at this request? This is the only setting I am missing in Vivaldi.

Chromium (Vivaldi based on it) does not support this feature

@kurai Depends on which proxy is - something can be made, but yeah no UI for that:
