Tab bar is blacked out

Sometimes I have an odd issue when the tab bar on Vivaldi on Android is blacked out.
It happens sporadically, not all the time, and I didn't find any correlation with other things yet. When tab bar turns into this black screen I cannot access the tabs and cannot switch between them, it doesn't react. I found very similar issue from 2020, though in my case it is tab bar that is blacked out, not the status bar.Anybody ever faced such bug? Should I file it into bug report tracker?

Any updates regarding this bug? The browser version is already 6.0.2980.48 but the but is still there
