Copy Microsoft Edge's PDF Viewer!

Microsoft Edge's PDF viewer reigns supreme over all other browsers and even many software solutions. It's quick and has the features shown in the screen capture below that really make it the best PDF viewer.

The one Vivaldi uses is not good at all, as it's the same as Google Chrome. I think it can do much better by copying the features that Edge has, like sketching/highlighting, adding text and reading aloud. Most importantly making it handle large PDFs and load them quickly as well.

@itsmealec Please vote for the existing feature request: Better PDF Reader Needed. I don't know what, if anything, can be done as the PDF plugin is provided by the Chromium project.
