Vivaldi not rehydrating my components

I have an app running on localhost port 80 but the current time is not updating (should be updating every half second) , but it works perfectly on other browsers, even on vivaldi on other OS , except the one on my Raspberry Pi.

@faridMX3D You can inspect the app in Developer Tools (Ctrl+Shift+I)? Check in DevTools tab Console for errors.

May be background Service Worker is failing? See in Developer Tools → Application → Service Workers

@DoctorG the service worker stops automatically, i tried to bypass it but it still wont rehydrate data?
