Translate panel option to choose languages

Hi,

Started to use Vivaldi, and it's awesome!
I noticed that the translate panel may need some improvements.
If I think about that feature,

1. Users may want to translate a random text to their native language.
2. Users that speak multiple languages may want to translate between those languages.
   In both cases it makes sense to give them a quick access to 2-3 languages they use on a daily basis, and hide others.

By the way, language auto-detection returns an error.
