Option to show Bookmark Bar only when opening a new tab

Currently, the bookmark bar can either be shown or hidden. I find this inconvenient. I need it only when I open a new tab. In all other cases, it's cluttering my view with colourful distracting icons. I guess this is the case for many, judging by the fact that showing the bookmark bar only when opening a new tab is the default in Chrome.

Currently in Vivaldi Settings:

Show bookmark bar

If this request is implemented:

Show bookmark bar

Always

Only when opening a new tab

And this way there will be three options available for this.

@Pesala Thanks. I couldn't find it. What is best to do now? As I don't see an option to mak as duplicate, should I simply delete it, not to confuse people?
