Mute Tabs While They Are Silent

I use WhatsApp's web client a lot. As you know notifications occur now and then and they make a sound. Vivaldi does not provide any option to mute the tab if they have no sound.

Only if I receive any notification (which makes initial sound) after then I can mute the tab. If I miss the time period and notification ends I can't mute the tab again which is counter-intuitive. Are there any improvements pending about this?

BTW same problem exists in web panel too which is annoying because you can never mute those.
