Link preview, little arc feature

I would like to suggest feature from Arc browser (Little Arc).
So basically all links I open, opens in temporary overlay window - so i've preview and it doesn't mess up my current workflow. I can click a button or use keyboard shortcut to open in as normal tab. Anyone who've used Arc would love this feature.
