Speed Dial Navigation Using Arrow Keys

I wish there was a feature to navigate through dials using arrow keys.

@stardust F9 then Tab is pretty slow and useless.

Assign Shortcuts to Speed Dials has very few votes, but I think that's a better solution than navigating around 20 or more thumbnails.

I don't like idea with Speed Dials Shortcuts

I've created similar request by "mistake": https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/40597/scrolling-through-speed-dial-folders-left-right-scroll-page-up-down, sorry for that.

Please do consider to implement "scrolling" through folders as well (with mouse or touchpad left-right scrolling).

It is more intuitive and it is also similar to "left-right swyping" through the folders which is already implemented in mobile version (thus it would create nice UI symmetry).

Cursor keys do now navigate the Start Page speed dial thumbnails when the page content has focus (F9).

Speed Dial Navigation Using Arrow Keys works, but not when you launch Vivaldi for the 1st time with Start Page being set as Home page:

This one issue is left to fix.
