scrolling through speed dial folders (left-right scroll, page up/down)

I have more bookmark folders in Speed Dial sorted by different "workspaces", but sometimes I do something which "overlaps" or (more often) I simply multitask, so I want to switch between different speed dials quickly.
Clicking the folders in top part of the speed dial tab is kinda clumsy - it would be great if I could just scroll through them, preferably with "left-right" scrolling.
(On mobile version I already can switch these folders by swyping left-right, so this would also make a nice symmetry between desktop and mobile UI.)
EDIT: also allowing page up / page down keys (or left/right arrows) to do the same would be great - you know, sometimes you are just lazy to get your hands out of the keyboard

I swear I really did searched for this feature request before I posted it, with local search and by skimming through topics "manually" - but I searched for the keyword "scrolling" (the idea of using keys hit me later - that's why I wrote it later into "EDIT") and it didn't found anything (scrolling option is not even mentioned in that thread, by the way), so I created new request.
Sorry for duplicity anyway.

@sirien-neiris The panel makes searching easier. One can quickly try two or three search strings to narrow down the results.
