Solved Smooth tab dragging like Chrome and Edge

I'm not a fan of the indicator that shows where the tab will go, it's finicky and often leads me to creating a tab stack when I don't want to. I'd much prefer and option that allows me to drag tabs and have them shift as you drag.
I'd also like an option for tab dragging to sort of "lock" to the window you're in unless you drag far enough away from the window.
Lastly, I'd suggest adding some kind of indicator when you drag one tab over another that releasing in that spot with create a tab stack (e.g. the bottom tab lighting up). Thank you for taking the time to read this suggestion.

That happens in snapshot. Should also happen in the next Stable.
