Sync isn't syncing

I set up syncing on both my Linux laptops (one is Chrome OS the other is Linux Mint). Initially all data was transferred from my Pixelbook to my Mint laptop great but last night I added some sites to the speed dial on the home page and changed a tab setting (Workspace) on my Pixebook but my Linux Mint wasn't updated. This morning it still hasn't changed. I checked Sync and it's running and shows a sync when I opened the laptop this morning. I'm not sure where I should be looking. Thanks for any hints.

@thusband Start of sync can take some minutes, that is to reduce server load.
If sync has not started after 10 minutes, restart Vivaldi, openvivaldi://sync-internalsand hit button "Reuest Start", the on the right below "Type Info" you should see changes; close this tab. -

@thusband Sadly workspaces and user-defined Speed Dial images are not synced.
Or what is missing for you? -
It's Speed Dial links to a half dozen websites but if Vivaldi doesn't sync them that explains it.
