I'm recommending a small UI change to the website. When users scroll down, one more of the three menu bars should collapse. On my 13in screen, this is a little less than 20% of the browser's vertical space.

On scroll, the middle menu (Home, Blogs, etc.) already disappears when you scroll.
The top menu isn't hidden by default, but can be hidden with Vivaldi Forum mod extension. -
