Selective image blocking by clicking on them

I remember using selective image blocking by clicking on an element (usually an image). I think it was in Opera.

I do not mean turning images on and off globally but selectively.

For some annoying pictues/gifs/videos on a webpage. It should be remembered for my next visit to the page.
