Workspaces: Add Shortcut for the Default Workspace

Right now we have shortcuts for 9 workspaces and also have shortcuts to cycle between them:

Please add a new Shortcut to "Switch to Workspace 0" or "Switch to Default Workspace" since I can use the current shortcuts to jump to any of the 9 Workspaces but I can't get back to the default workspace by any shortcuts currently.

If you dislike Ctrl+Shift+1 set to Ctrl+Shift+0, but beware on some Windows this switches languages and does not work in Vivaldi.
That's why it was set to Ctrl+Shift+1 by devs.

@DoctorG I really like to set "Ctrl + ~" or "Ctrl + Shift + ~" as the shortcut for the main window but Vivaldi doesn't seem to accept this shortcut. Why is that?
