This is the feature I miss the most coming from Opera mobile.
The way they do it is every time you click a PDF link, it asks you if you want to Open or Download. If you click Open, it downloads it in memory (or something like that) and opens a PDF app on your phone with it. It was perfect.

Please add the feature to read pdf directly in the browser like firefox android instead of downloading the pdf

Try to enable this flags:

chrome://flags/#android-open-pdf-inline
chrome://flags/#android-open-pdf-inline-backport

But they will only work if you have android 12 and up.
These are the new flags. I can't check their work on Vivaldi, I have an A10.

@far4 yes I have enabled those, but its opening a blank tab after clicking any pdf

@far4 This doesn't work in android 14. Nothing changes, Vivaldi still downloads the file.
