White bar on videos in full screen

I'm seeing white bars on all sides when watching videos on full screen. I'm experiencing this on OTT apps, as well as YouTube videos. Is there a way to remove these white bars? This is on a fresh install of Vivaldi on Windows 11. https://ibb.co/MZCnxMj

No need to apologise. Asking is better than leaving a community being disappointed.
Some bug are known in forum, some only in internal tracker, but i post a bug if i find one related in tracker.

I just started getting this, had to be with something in the latest update for me, been using a while and just started.
