wep page displays as text, completely unlike other browsers

Hi, when i visit https://www.ottodiy.com, at first the page loads just like in other browsers, but then it's suddenly replaced by a totally different page of "Terms & Conditions" text with no apparent way to return to the replaced page. This is a fresh, first-time install of vivaldi from the stable 5.4 deb, on ubuntu 20.04. Why doesn't vivaldi behave like other browsers, including chromium-based ones, on this page? Thanks!

@jsaponara Check by shield in address field if Vivaldi Ad/Tracker Blocker block too much.
