Allow custom UI modification JS files

Vivaldi settings dialog allows setting a folder for CSS files which apply to Vivaldi UI.

Should it be possible to add another folder for JS files too? I would be easier to customise rather than adding .js files to Vivaldi installation folder and modify browser.html manually after each update?
