Add Support for Arabic Language

Is it possible to add the Arabic language to the browser?

@josalama It’s possible. But native Arabic speakers with sufficient English language skills would have to step up and start translating it. Vivaldi doesn’t pay a third party for translation but relies entirely on community contributors.
