How to stop the unloading of tabs?

Vivaldi unloads my tabs so aggressively that the browser is flat out not usable, but I can find no option in settings to disable this. How do I disable the unloading of tabs? For the record I only 3 or 4 tabs open at once. This unloading has never been a problem until recently, which made me migrate from Opera to Vivaldi. But the unloading problem is just as bad if not worse on Vivaldi than it was on Opera.

what does "Chrome://Discards/" even mean? Where and how do I find it?

I disabled the discard, and it seems to be mostly working. Discord is still being unloaded though.
