How to enable the OS sleep function even while playing video or audio

I'm using Vivaldi 3.7 / Windows 10 32bit.

On Chromium based browser, including Vivaldi, inhibits the computer from sleeping when multimedia such as Youtube is playing, regardless of the power saving mode of the OS.

Since I use the browser only for listening to background music, it is more convenient for me if the display screen is automatically turned off.

Is there a setting to make the computer go to sleep according to the power saving mode of the OS, even when video or audio is playing?

Welcome to Vivaldi's Forums!

Not from Windows per se, but you can use an App that works to program the Sleep/Hibernation and more depending given conditions.
I'd used it also on W10, but on older versions, just suppose it would work too for newer, test it.

To ScreenOff there are two, that I know, actually I use the Manual PushMonitOff one but there is an Automated - MonitOff.
