I know about web panels, it's not the same. I am talking about this

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend my extension for creating an adaptive theme in Firefox. Like "Adaptive Tab Bar Colour" or "VivaldiFox", but better: Adaptive Theme Creator. You can use the favicon color as in Vivaldi, the color of the top of the page, or your own color. Github: https://github.com/aminought/firefox-adaptive-theme-creator.
I have created a number of mods for Vivaldi and this forum has remained close to my heart, but I have decided to switch to Firefox for several reasons. Now, I am trying to be useful there by transferring some of the features from Vivaldi into Firefox.
I've also created a userChrome.js script to save the width of the sidebar. Each panel now has its own width, which changes when switching: https://github.com/aminought/firefox-sidebar-width.
Please, star by Github repositories, I just don't know how to promote my works

other than being gecko based what can firefox do that you cant already do in vivaldi with some tweaking
The only privacy/security extension I use is uBlock Origin, so I'm not nearly as security minded as many others.
One thing I have discovered is that the Gecko browsers are much better at fingerprint detection than the Chromium browsers.
All the settings you need for this are in their about:config, so there is no need for an extension as there would be for the Chromium browsers. -

I tried the Epic Privacy Browser today.
Despite the fact that it's a Chromium-based browser, its built-in anti-fingerprinting protection is second to none.
I did have a few issues with using it, but I did not notice any Web site problems with the anti-fingerprinting protection enabled.
Why is it so difficult for other Chromium browsers to offer that feature? -
With the new update of Firefox (132.0) Sidebery is not showing in sidebar.
It is only me?
-
@barbudo2005 I never tried Sidebery

Wow. You have to try it.….. in Firefox.

@barbudo2005 As a horizontaller I kindly decline

Hello, cheaters! Now you can add a second sidebar with web panels to your Firefox: https://github.com/aminought/firefox-second-sidebar
-
@aminought I still have no first sidebar added
I prefer to have zero sidebars, full browser width for the web content only. In Firefox I sometimes use (temporary) builtin sidebar for bookmarks.

@Stardust I wouldn't do something like that ... I use Librewolf
