Dual Monitor video lags
-
In a configuration with two monitors, I open a Vivaldi window on each monitor, in a window I start a video (youtube or streaming). If I put the video window (not the video) full screen, the video starts lagging. If, on the other hand, I reduce the size of the window, the video becomes fluid again. This only happens when I open separate Vivaldi windows. Should I set something?

@sevdam What is the video quality? 720K is adequate for most.

Regardless of the video quality it always happens when i drag the video tab out of the session I've opened.
If I separate two tabs, the tab which is playing the video starts lagging when it's full screen -
I have a similar problem. Also confirmed on VIVALDI 4. Laptop with connected second monitor via HDMI. Laptop monitor is ok, video without lag. After moving the VIVALDI window to the second monitor, the video does not play smoothly. If I move VIVALDI to the main monitor again, it's ok.
The resolution of the video does not matter.
It doesn't matter if the video is in a window or full screen.
The problem does not occur with Firefox and Chrome.
The problem does not occur on Vivaldi 3.7 and earlier. After installing Vivaldi 3.7 the video is ok, no lag.
The external monitor is supported by the NVIDIA card, and the laptop monitor by the INTEL card, but it probably doesn't matter since there is no problem on other browsers. -
