Obviously this should be removed anytime now.
Chromium is targeting version 88 for the removal of Flash Player support

I can't delete all the files in the download panel at once. It didn't work last time and this time. Normal in the previous version
-
I often go out for rides in the morning before starting work. The other day when I was returning from the woods, I bumped into Maria (who does our Android snapshots). She took a picture of me.
-
Really nice to see her, it was the first time this year. With Covid-19 we aren't really going to the office these days, so the only time we see each other is on video conferences.

Impressive going up to Linderudkollen by unicycle now!
Most days I go cycle to Grefsenkollen, sometimes twice a day (before and after work). A Norwegian celeb (who you will know) caught me on camera the other day and created a funny video and put it on Instagram. It got a ton of views. I couldn't reply though as I don't have any accounts associated with Facebook.
-
@pathduck: Yes, one of the reasons I never used the panel for sites is that I had to remember to click to "activate" the site when starting the browser. Now that's not needed.

"[Themes] No more ugly pale color on twitch.tv (VB-75194)"
Does that imply that you're actually taking requests about "ugliness" that a particular site triggers in Vivaldi if Accent Color is enabled in the theme? If so, I can think of dozens or hundreds, but I'd have to refresh my memory about them since this is the first feature that I disabled due to this fundamental problem. It's like a box of chocolates: you never know what you're gonna get.

[WISH] clock fonts should scale, as much as I zoom a web page
I often zoom web pages, to see bigger fonts on the screen, but Vivaldi UI fonts don't get bigger as well and clock fonts are sooo small: I almost can't see them.
I wished that Vivaldi fonts' size grew, at least by 50% of the zoom level, that is:
- when I zoom to 120%, Clock UI fonts could grow one point (from 9, to 10)
- when I zoom to 140%, clock UI fonts could grow two points (from 9, to 11).
- ...
UI fonts growth could be capped to 14 points, or whatever...
Anyway, AS I AM GETTING OLDER (!) I almost cannot set a timer using the fancy Vivaldi clock window, because fonts remain small...
Anyone support this, too?

@ruarí: Off-topic you circus clown!

It seems that release cycling is going very well ^^
-
@pathduck: ... I'm not sure I'm getting it: UI Zoom In (and Out) are commands that I found I can add to Vivaldi's menus (I added them to the View Menu), BUT never appear in the keyboard options that I can customize...
How do I make them appear into the available keyboard shortcuts' choices?
Thank you...

@newscpq If you move the Status Bar clock to the address field it will be slightly bigger. This mod might help too:
/*Large Font in Address Field*/ .addressfield input.url {font-size: 16px;}

And set these:
Where are "UI Zoom In" (out, else...) keyboard fields? I can't find them in Settings->Keyboard...
-
@newscpq Just search for Zoom

Last Snapshot, some people noted a lot of missing KB/MG shortcuts. Still ditto with this Snapshot.
This bug only manifests in a new/clean profile; when continuing to use one's existing profile, if you had those enabled before [eg, MGs to scroll to page top/bottom], they're still there now. Not so in the virgin profile.
You can get the shortcuts to appear if you set anything to the commands in the
chrome.storage
— copy-paste the following in the Vivaldi devtools console & press enter (then you can close the devtools)chrome.storage.local.set({COMMAND_MAIN_UI_ZOOM_IN:{},COMMAND_MAIN_UI_ZOOM_OUT:{},COMMAND_MAIN_UI_ZOOM_RESET:{}})

Vivaldi still freezing when monitor goes to sleep if Vivaldi is the active window. Is this not logged as a bug yet?
-
@guigirl: NOW someone tells me.
Upvote me if you agree.

Does anybody use search bar with search suggestions enabled here? When I enter some text and walk through suggestions with arrows, if I press "home" button, it throws the cursor to the top of the suggestions list instead of just moving it to the beginning of the current line. Is that assumed to happen?
-
@newscpq Here you can see how it looks when the status bar is placed above the address bar.
