Search Yandex for image

Yandex is much better for searching by image than Google. Please add an option to choose between Google and Yandex

@pokemn My default search engine is Ecosia, but my image context menu has: Search Bing for Image. I have removed the Bing search engine, but not Google. I don't have any search for Yandex.

@pokemn Yandex has a pretty good image search. I suspect it might be the default engine in Vivaldi for Russian (and maybe eastern Europe) locales, but not sure about that.

You can always add it yourself as a custom engine, and then just delete Google completely

EDIT: I just realised you're talking about the context menu entry "Search Google for image". Yes, it would be good to be able to edit this menu. Please vote for:

TinEye is the best in reverse or image search imo. Would be cool if Vivaldi partnered with them or something.

I am still wondering why I get a Bing image search while pokemn gets a Google image search.

It would be good to be able to choose any desired search engine. I would expect it to default to the user's default search engine.

Just wanted to let you guys know you can now add your own image search engine. I haven't been able to find it in any changelogs yet, but I think it was added in the 5.3 release. Just head over to vivaldi://settings/search/ and enter the information for your preferred (image) search engine.
