Anything like Bandwidth Hero for Vivaldi?

I was using Bandwidth Hero - an extension that used to save bandwidth by caching images to their own server.
They recently ceased unless you manually use your own server.
I seem to remember Opera doing something similar with their own servers.
I had a look online for alternatives but can't seem to find anything. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.
I wonder if anyone knows of something similar? I'd like to get it working on Vivaldi in an area with poor internet bandwidth to help speed things up.
