Keyboard shortcuts for enabling/disabling extension.
-
It would be nice to have a possibility to assign a keyboard shortcut to enable/disable some extension.
-
Until it is integrated into the settings you can use chromium's underlying way: chrome://extensions/shortcuts

chrome://extensions/shortcuts
This only works to activate extensions popups, there's no way to disable them (turn them off completely).

Chromium nowadays has a feature to enable extensions on specific sites. Does that fill your use case, @zaxonxp45?

Depends on the extension. Some extensions expose parts of their functionality for keyboard shortcut assignment. I'm not at my desk now but from memory, uBlock Origin, uMatrix and Stylus all expose some functionality (such as opening the logger for UBO & UM).
There is a limitation though, the only modifiers that can be used in the shortcut are Alt, Ctrl, Alt-Shift, and Ctrl-Shift.
For the OP's scenario, these 3 also expose an enable/disable action as well, so they can be turned off or on.
Edit: typos

All extensions uses some operative memory. So I only use one extesion always and enabling all other extensions when its needed. It could be more handy to use hotkeys instead of extension manager dialog. Add please support to assing hotkeys in quick commans or extension manager.
