Animated wallpapers equal the Yandex browser

It would be cool to have animated wallpapers like we have in the browser Yandex

This is already possible if it is an animated gif. To load this just do the following:
Settings --> Start Page --> in the section "Background Image" leftclick on the last picture called "Custom" --> leftclick on the button below it that says "Change" --> select whatever you like
A word of warning tough: Depending on the length and quality of an animation you will probably pay this with a more or less heavy cut to overall performance (depending on the specs of your system of course)
